1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Glacier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including server administrators.

2. Description of Service

Glacier is a Discord bot providing moderation, engagement, economy, ticket, and utility features. The dashboard allows configuration. The Service is free with optional premium features.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Glacier, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts & Authentication

You must authenticate via Discord OAuth2. You are responsible for your account security.

You must not share your dashboard session or allow unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Access data belonging to other users or servers
  • Reverse-engineer the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools except through our official API
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service

6. Server Administrator Responsibilities

If you add Glacier to a server, you are responsible for:

  • Compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service
  • Informing members about data processing per our Privacy Policy
  • Appropriate configuration of optional features
  • Appropriate use of moderation tools — the Glacier team is not liable for moderation decisions

7. Premium & Paid Features

Some features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are case-by-case.

We may modify premium features or pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All Glacier content, code, branding, and design are property of the Glacier team.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute without written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Glacier integrates with Discord, OpenAI, and Railway. Their use is subject to their own terms.

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GLACIER TEAM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months or EUR 100.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the Glacier team from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time.

You may stop using the Service by removing the bot.

Sections 8, 11, 12, and 15 survive termination.

14. Changes to These Terms

Material changes will be announced on Discord. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by German law.

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, then German courts.

16. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
